The vet thinks I'm about six or seven years old, so I'm a bit older than many adoptable dogs out there, but don't let that dissuade you. It just means I've already gone through the hyper puppy stage and am now calmer and more settled. I've had a rough life so far, but all that changed when two good samaritans found me out in the country near College Station. I was terribly skinny, had a bad skin infection, and had recently had puppies. Those wonderful people took me in, and with the help of my favorite pit bull advocacy group Love-A-Bull they took care of me and worked to get me back into good shape.
I'm now living in a foster home with another dog and four cats, and I get along well with everyone. I can be a little timid in new situations, but I quickly warm up and make great friends with all the people I meet. The boy in my foster home is eleven years old, and I think he's just wonderful. I bet I'd get along great with younger kids too! I'm as sweet as can be, and really tolerant. I love being pet and being around people, but I also love napping and lounging around in my crate. I'm crate trained and almost finished with my house training, and I'm also spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on all my shots. I'm all ready to find my new forever family! Could it be you? Let's meet and find out!
